Refunds for the tour will be made in full (minus the non-refundable deposit) if the following occurs:
The request to cancel a tour is made in writing and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 60 days before the tour begins. Please include your name, the name of the tour participant and which tour the student signed up to go on (e.g. Tour A, Tour B, Tour C, etc.)
Once we receive your request in writing, we will immediately process a refund within 7 days of receipt of your cancellation request. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you are owed a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
