STEM focused HBCU Tour

 What the Tour Includes

  • Hotel accommodations

  • French Quarters
  • River walk New Orleans

 Price The price of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math focused HBCU Tour is: $550. Tour participants are responsible for their own airfare

 Deposit A $300 deposit ($200 of which is non-refundable) is required to reserve a space on the tour. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be established when each tour sells out.

 Installment Payments
After the $300 deposit ($200 of which is non-refundable) has been made, the balance of the tour cost can be paid in payments.

* All payments must be received on or before the due dates for your scheduled tour. You will not be billed.

 Late Fee:
A $50 late fee will be automatically added to your account if your payments are not received.

 Cancellation Policy
If a tour participant has to cancel, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Cancellation Penalty
60 days prior to departure 1st installment payment plus non-refundable deposit
30 days prior to departure No refund

  • Five days and hotel accommodations

 Price The total price of each tour is $1,499 (or $1,000 for land only packages with no airfare) for students and $1,758 for adults. This amount is payable in one payment or installments. EST now accepts all major credit cards.

March 1, 2016, April 1, 2016, and May 1, 2016
