Price The total price of each tour is $1,388 for students and $1,499 for adults. This amount is payable in one payment or installments. EST now accepts all major credit cards.
Deposit A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space on the tour. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be established when each tour sells out.
Installment Payments
After the $200 non-refundable deposit has been made, the balance of the tour cost can be paid in three equal Installment payments of $396 each. These payments are due on the following dates:
(Tour A) November 1, 2012 January 1, 2013 and February 1, 2013.
(Tour B) November 1, 2012 January 1, 2013 and February 1, 2013.
(Tour C) January 5, 2013 March 1, 2013 and May 1, 2013.
* All payments must be received on or before the due dates for your scheduled tour. Please keep this this web page as a reminder of the due dates. You will not be billed.
Late Fee:
A $50 late fee will be automatically added to your account if not paid in full by the payment dates.
Cancellation Policy
If a tour participant has to cancel, the following cancellation policy will apply:
